Manhattan Il Irish Fest 2024. The parade took place on march 2nd, 2024, at 11am, and went though the village of manhattan, il. Bring the kids to climb into all of the unique vehicles from fire trucks, police cars, snow plows, to heavy equipment and other vehicles.
